Ben Lomond Lavender Farm is situated in the stunningly beautiful Wakatipu Valley near Queenstown. The Manners Wood family have owned the property since 1978 and Shane, who has lifelong love of gardening and organics, decided to plant a field of lavender in 1998. Lavender loves our growing environment with its hot dry summers and cold winters, free draining soils, 1000 feet above sea level giving the best growing conditions for the highest quality lavender essential oils.
